Saturday was apparently the hottest day in October for over a hundred years and I must say, I felt it. I shouldn’t complain though, as Chris was melting in his traditional kilt and jacket, he did look the part though. Sarah wore a beautiful dress that just shone when the light hit it and complimented Chris in his kilt when I shot them on the banks of the River Ouse.

Just a quick preview of Sarah and Chris’s wedding at the Old Bridge Hotel, Huntingdon. These are my two favourite iconic images from the day, to me they really capture the spirit of this special wedding at such an amazing venue. Tomorrows weather looks like it is going to be a real scorcher for the wedding of Sarah and Chris, not bad for October. The happy couple will be tying the knot at the beautiful Old Bridge Hotel set on the banks of the River Ouse near Huntingdon. I’m spoilt for choice background wise at this venue, but I’ll be looking for something a little different tomorrow.

Sarah and Chris will be getting married at The Old Bridge Hotel, Huntingdon in a few weeks time, so it seemed right to hold their pre wedding shoot their yesterday. The Old Bridge Hotel is a great wedding venue, in fact it’s so good, it’s the choice for my wedding next year.

I had two weddings this weekend, with the first being on Friday at the Old Bridge Hotel Huntingdon. Pippa and Andy awoke to glorious weather and both were so chilled and relaxed when I arrived for their pre ceremony shots. The Bridge Hotel is a perfect venue to hold a relaxed wedding and we got some great shots down by the river side. My highlight of the day was seeing Pippa’s mums face as she dressed Pippa in her original wedding dress which is over 60 years old, she looked so proud.

I shot the pre wedding images of Philippa and Andy at the Old Bridge Hotel in Huntingdon earlier this week. The happy couple will be getting married at the Old Bridge in May and let’s hope that the weather on the day is like it was for the pre wedding shoot. The trees by the river always look beautiful when backlit by the sun, a perfect setting for a perfect day.

Last week I exhibited at the Old Bridge Hotel wedding fair. It is one of Huntingdon’s only evening wedding fairs and was very well attended with lot’s of positive feedback. I was asked to shoot some shots of the fashion show and then a few extra images of the models to show the dresses from Lisa Jane Bridal and the hair which was done by Molbys hair salon, two great Huntingdon wedding supplier.

It’s been a busy few weeks in the studio with my first big celebrity wedding!! Once the images have been approved, I’ll get some on the blog for all to see, watch this space.
I will be exhibiting at an evening wedding fair on the 27th October 2010. The boutique fair is being held at the stylish Old Bridge Hotel near Huntingdon and should prove to be a cool evening well worth attending.
