Winner of the UK Wedding Belles Photographic Competition

Monday, February 11th, 2013

Well after all of my friends, family and clients hard work campaigning and voting for me over the last few weeks, I found out at midnight last night that I had won the UK Wedding Belles photographic competition. It is a real honour to win such a prestigious competition and against such stiff opposition.

Studio closed and new phone number

Monday, January 28th, 2013

Right guys, it’s cameras down for a week as we are moving house. I’ll resume my normal duties a week from today if that is ok with you all?

Also, the studio phone number will be changing from the 1st Feb to 01487 479417. I’ll keep reminding people over the next week but please amend your phone directories to make sure you have the number change.

Sometime last year I was asked to enter an image in to the UK Wedding Belles photograph of the year 2012. To be honest I had forgotten all about it until a few days ago? It turns out that my image is 1 of 12 finalists. Please go to http://www.ukweddingbelles.com/wedding-photo-of-the-year and vote for image 1, many thanks

Hibernation time at the studio

Tuesday, November 20th, 2012

Well that’s the last wedding design done for the season so it’s time to hibernate and just pop out for the few remaining lifestyle sessions and the odd snow ball fight if the weather gets colder? The new system for album designs has worked well this year and apart from two which need finalising, all the wedding albums are complete and in production at Queensberry.

Emma & Chris’s sunny Norfolk wedding

Friday, September 21st, 2012

I had the honour of being asked to photograph one of my best friends wedding and what an amazing day it was. Sun, sea, camper vans, WW2 Russian motorcycles, fireworks, this wedding had everything, all mixed together with a marvellous group of people and certainly a day I will remember for a very long time.

Louise & Guy Pre Wedding Shoot, St Ives

Sunday, March 4th, 2012

Louise & Guy will be getting married in just less than a month at the Bedford Swan Hotel. We shot their pre wedding shoot in St Ives on Friday afternoon, the sun had gone in and it was rather cold but we still had fun, chattering teeth and all. The wedding itself is on April fools day, so I’m half expecting to turn up and find them laughing at me!! Seriously though, this is a wedding I’m really looking forward to as we have so many funky ideas for images, it should prove to be a fab day.

Chilford Hall Wedding Fair

Sunday, February 5th, 2012

Unfortunately Andy Fountain Photography will be another exhibitor that won’t be making it to Chilford Hall today. So sorry, I tried but even my 4×4 was sliding on the roads in our village. If you do decide to go, please be very careful as the roads around Chilford will be treacherous.
